How To Book
The easiest way to make your reservation with us at Lydgate House Hotel is to book direct via our Website Booking Page where you will be able to search for your dates, select your room and fill in your requirements before going through the booking process.

Alternatively, you can call us on 01822 880209 or email us at Info@lydgatehouse.co.uk and we will personally deal with your booking.

If at this moment in time you would just like to check availability, you can contact us on the methods above or you can check our diary.
Online Booking Confirmation.
When you book online via our website, you will receive an initial email within 30 minutes confirming that we have received your provisional booking.

Within 24 hours, either Sarah or Kelly will contact you to take a deposit, which will confirm your reservation:

Standard Bookings: A one-night NON-Refundable Deposit is required.

Exclusive Use Bookings: A 50% NON-Refundable Deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
(We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against possible loss.)
After confirmation, you will receive:

14 Days Before Check-In – An email with our 'Ultimate Guide to Dartmoor' to help you plan your adventure.

4 Days Before Check-In – An email with a Payment Reminder and the option to reserve a table for your first evening meal. You will also receive a phone call at this time to take payment for the remaining balance of your stay (excluding exclusive use bookings, which must be fully paid 8 weeks in advance).
